Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team of passionate marketing and communications professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, from planning to final delivery
• Act as a strategic advisor, providing recommendations to clients
• Define priorities, set schedules, and ensure deadlines are met
• Oversee production at every stage and coordinate all stakeholders (internal team, external collaborators, clients)
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all deliverables
• Write creative and production briefs for our studio
• Supervise content creation and translation
• Handle administrative aspects of projects (quotes, budgets, reports)
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative ideas

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications project management, ideally in an agency setting
• Exceptional organizational skills: able to juggle multiple priorities without losing track
• Excellent spoken and written French and English
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Initiative, creativity, and a skill in problem-solving
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with rigor and professionalism
• Interest in both traditional and digital media projects

Education and skills required

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, project management, marketing, or any relevant field
• Experience with Google tools (Analytics, Ads)
• Autonomy, proactivity, and a good sense of humor
